Clubhouse
The clubhouse may be rented by Hampton Hall homeowners only. The rental fee is $100.00 and a security deposit of $250.00 is required. The lower level of the clubhouse may be reserved by homeowners only at no charge on first come basis. The lower level reservation form is on the bulletin board in the lower level.
The pool may not be reserved or used for private parties.
